Having lived and traveled extensively across Europe for more than 30 years, Mr. Loh possesses a deep understanding of European history, traditions, and cultural landscapes, along with access to rich cultural tourism resources. In recent years, his work has focused on the promotion, investment, collection, and appreciation of contemporary watercolor art, while continuing to strengthen connections between international art communities and cultural tourism initiatives.

KY LOH: Curator, Voyager & Promoter of Contemporary Art
Loh Kong Yaw (KY LOH), Shanghai-based curator, collector, promoter and dealer of contemporary art. Founder of RE-Interpretation of Contemporary International Watercolor and the Penang International Watercolor Festival in Malaysia. Born in Malaysia, Mr. Loh moved to Vienna, Austria in 1986, where he studied architecture at the Vienna University of Technology. In the 1990s, he established the Vienna WOK Asian Cultural and Art Salon and the Vienna Contemporary Asian Art Exchange Center, contributing to the promotion of Asian art and fostering cultural dialogue within Europe.
